For twenty years, V9 EATS was a dream the family kept telling each other. On the weekend of December 5, 2020 it opened in an old service station on 9th Ave N, and the bones are still here: the canopy, the garage bays, and old-timers whose first jobs were at this station, who still come in wearing their old uniforms.
